Intake fan adu karala, exhaust fan wadi karanna.

intake fan bottom , exhaust fans top danna. hot air yanne udata. a nisa hot air exhaust fan walin ain wenawa. intake fan walin cool air athulata gannawa,

fan eka kittuwa air block adu karanna. nathinam fan noise eka wadi.

The grills u can get from peta 1st cross street.
Nets u can get from any hardware(just spray paint them black)
Plexi u can get from jeeva or shanthi plastic.
I never thought I would say this bro but this is too many fans.I am guessing you want to use 80mm fans right?Why not instead use 2 120mm fans one in the front and another in the back.And another 2 80mm fans on the top.
I did a mod about a year ago but i have no idea about the prices now.But hav a look at the thread to get a idea-
