It's not the lens/equipment that makes the photo, it's the photographer
yeah well i have learnt dat lesson long time ago..... i didnt mean dat....but for sure if u dont have the right equipment it will limit ur capabilities and depth u can go when making a creation.... for example...wit da 18 - 55mm lens i will never be able to shoot wildlife or anything where i cant move close to da subject. if u have a good lens and other stuff u dont have to struggle with da post processing much in terms of sharpnening, saturating or giving da correct colours, cropping, etc ....
I would do this if I was in SL, but since I am not, a idea I had for a while was to do a long exposure in colombo + sea from a high point (making sure to get the light traces from cars & blurring the waves and the city lights). 15" to 30" exposure, maybe longer if you have a remote or some ND filters.
