hi Friends !Just share my Experience


After Failure My A/L im Starting My IT Life .
im Finish IT Diploma After i choose HND software Development ,ADCN n i finish 2009 and i got a Course Coordinator Job at my IT College , 1 year works no problem .,, but i think about my Final Year IT Degree ,So im Start my Final Year IT Degree 2010

After 1 year im finished my subjects ,only Final year projects pending
....then im back my home town .i got a job lecture and Management, NGO works

But .. now im think my future .... ! oh my god ! im not a Permanent Employee !
... Searching searching .........! again and again ! ..........

................

Finally
NO A/L ! All Companies are Reject my Qualifications ...........!
i have 3 years Management Experience ,Lot of certificates ....Msc IT Quantification Student! lot of !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! but NO JOB !
now my AGE 26......................
now im again studying A/L ARTS ! Applying Permanent Clerical Works !! ..........


Im not insulting IT or A/L !


Just sharing !
and tell about your pain !

Go somewhere that people appreciate your real skills. You can't even find a good spouse w/o A/L. That's the freaking culture here machan. Nobody give a fuck about your A/L when you have higher skills but the entrance is barred. Don't give up.

i ll done all training friends ... management n Staff and tech also ... n i help practical works also .... school systems , management Systems also ..... im not best this think ... but i know all thinks ..

In IT companies(The best ones in SL e.g MIT, CodeGen , 99X) they do look for Qualifications.. If you have no qualifications just forget about them. But you can start with small to mid size company and there are such companies which not considering qualifications. If you don't have proper qualifications but you are a smart ass.. Then you have to start from level 0 no matter how smart you are.

But the real problem is that most people who have A/L + IT degree are also struggling to find a job in IT sector..

That's the bitter truth...
