MY PC freez plz help

when i on it it on normaly and come to the desktop but after a little time like in few mins or like opening counter strike or things etc. i dont no why this is plz help me pals

ya machn i ll check fist i tested it removing the heatsinker to c the heat it went to 105* (oc) ill check and tell
