Beware when you'll buy items from mydeal.lk
Their service sucks, most of the times their stocks are over and we have to await for hours at their office until they bring new stocks, their communication is nil. Their web site is very attractive but their service sucks
On their web site they have advised us to visit their office during working hours to collect the items we ordered, but most of the times their stocks are over and they don't even inform about it to us, so we have to sit and wait for hours until they bring new stocks, even after they brought new stocks we have to come on another day to collect the warranty card.
Sometimes we have to await for days to collect the items we ordered
Triple check your items before you buy, especially the electrical items, because some products has been used previously as display units at showrooms
Visit their office at Bambalapitiya, then you'll can see how horrible is their service is
