the thing is may be bcz of the 4g router has the 192.168.8. Range the switch is taking that ip as the default gateway then all others are going through the same range which is 8.

may be if i can change the router ip to 192.168.1 range itll be ok. But for some reason router cannot be configure to that ip which will lead to lose the internet

Yes.. That's the issue..The Huawei which does the DHCP has to be configured to lease out addresses in the 192.168.1.nnn range. See how you can do that. I haven't got a clue on setting up Huawei devices

Why can't you login to the Router on http://192.168.8.1 using a PC with an address in this range and see how you can change the default address to 192.168.1.1 and the DHCP pool to be allocated in the same range.
If you can change the DHCP pool to 192.168.1.nnn should do the trick. This cannot be difficult.
