If you are very much enthusiastic about Cyber Sec, try following scenarios in overthewire.org and hackthebox to begin with.

DVWA, WebGoat virtual machine hacks too would give some capabilities.

Once done try with better scenarios in HTB (Hack the box) and with try going after the public vulns in a responsible manner.

PS: If you have no enthusiasm, believe me you won't get there. So stop wasting time on these stupid certificates offered by pvt/gov universities in Sri Lanka.
