I wrote the truth. This is not the first instance this happened nor will be the last. I am no supporter of Ranil or MR. It is sad that people with such low mentality does exist. They are nothing but oxygen thieves. This is why the country is in this pathetic state.

Since the all countries thing can be casually printed by anyone with access to a proper printer, visa officers would definitely suspect at first sight in other countries. It's true that after verification you will be free to go, but that will hinder your plans in some way, if it were you that got caught. I don't say that you are destined to be questioned wherever you go, but the possibility of being questioned, verified, and delayed is there.

Many thanks for expressing your concerns. Quite long time ago I had a similar passport. The All Countries extension validity, was countersigned by an officer with another seal "Competent Authority". I have traveled all over Europe and the US without any drama. Also when I was in the Middle East, the SL consulates there issued All country passports using a similar endorsement, because sometimes they do not have enough stocks. This is nothing new and has been a regular and a common practice.
