you can't use stripe in SL. However you could apply for Stripe Atlas.

Yes, but the setups fees are low machan. They have fairly low rates with two packages where one package costs you monthly Rs. 1500, if I am right.

There's another package where there is a yearly fee (about Rs. 7500).
