Payhere.lk is good. But you have filter out fraud orders by using fraud prevention tool like maxmind.

If you get a lot of international transactions you may have a risk of getting chargebacks as well. So it is better to use maxmind or other fraud prevention tool

You can use Stripe. They have something called platforms. It actually doing what you are saying.. You can have customers under you and payment is directly going to there stripe account while you keeping the Application fee (commission of yours).

Sri-Lanka is not directly supported by Stripe. But you can use Stripe Atlas to register a business overseas and use there services. Stripe atlas will cost $500 for business registration etc..

After that from every transaction 2.9% + .30 cents.

You will have to get the funds into your account first unless the amounts paid to the sellers are fixed and regular which could be automated with something like standing orders, which is unlikely to be the case.
