දැන් මාස දෙකකට කලින්, මගේ පරණ paypal (malasiyan) account එකකට අලුත් card එකක් verify කරා, (commercial debit එකක්) පරණ card එක expire වෙලා තිබ්බේ. withdraw කරන්න ගියාම මෙහෙම error එකක් එනවා. "Right now we're not able to transfer the money to your bank"

මොකද මෙහෙම එන්නේ කියල දන්නවද?
