දැන් ඒකට මම Paypal එකකුත් හදන්නයි යන්නේ....
මම පොඩි ව්‍යාපාරික වැඩත් කරනවා......

You cannot receive money to a PayPal account from anyone if you resides (or create the PayPal account) in Sri Lanka because it is still not supported here. But you can receive money to an AlertPay or Neteller account without any problem.

Eka gana nam mama hariyatama kiyanna danne na machan. Poddak site eke check karala balanna.

Machan even I use neobux and I have received money as well. I use an alertpay account for neobux. Don't use paypal for neobux cause you can't withdraw since you are in Sri Lanka.....
In alertpay, I have personal starter verified account. Because for other types of accounts, they charge from the transactions. So this type, it's all free.
By the way, if you buying stuff from ebay, you can use paypal for that. Link a web card or your credit card. Then you can buy from that.
