PayPal / Sampath WEB Card Help Needed

i have verified my paypal account using sampath bank webcard
but still the paypal balance shows as 0.00 US$
can somebody tell me how to add money to my paypal?

Not paypal,u can check via sampath bank ebanking i guess.

u can't add money to paypal using a web card .... when you pay using paypal, amount will be deducted from your web card.
