US Paypal Account Limitations.
It seems that around 5pm of today, PayPal had a ban wave. If you have a US paypal account,please check if you were affected, At this moment, I think that PayPal is going to war against VBA's, or virtual bank accounts, and consequently banning all accounts with VBA's. For orders that are currently being worked on, VBA's won't be added in the meanwhile to make sure that the accounts are safe.
If your PayPal has been limited in this ban-wave, please go to eBay --> payments, and unlink your PayPal account so that your eBay account doesn't get affected.
in my 3 years I've never seen anything like this; it's difficult to foresee things like this from happening beforehand
replacement. If there is an active balance on a limited PayPal, PayPal releases it after a 180 day hold so you won't lose the money.
