Does Paypal fully support to Sri Lanka? I heard that Sri lankan paypal users cant withdraw there money to their bank accounts.but can receive right? and can use it for spending things via paypal to paypal ?

No way machan. You can't even receive money for spending. CB hasn't given Paypal the authority to operate in SL. But still you can receive money by some other ways like making a paypal in another country. But there's a risk of limiting your paypal
