My PC is restarting every 10 mins. Error is '' windows is restarting due to plug & Play Diwise is not recognizing'' man Vista repair ekakuth demma. Eth hari giye ne. mokada karanne? Kata hari help karanna puluwanda?

The best thing to try is get into the Device Manager and then remove all USB controllers listed in there. Then restart the computer. Let windows auto install the devices & drivers again.
