dont get loans from financial institutions

machan hsbc provides that personal loan facility for hsbc credit card holders only. (only if you made the card payments on time) they are monitoring you how you pay the cash to the card, a long period of time and then they will offer you their services. thats y you do not need guarantors in that matter. for general public, these options will not be available, the agent told me maybe im wrong just call their hotline and ask
