who said anything about 940/965? 920 is the way to go, and it OCs to 4GHz. 965 doesn't go any higher anyway.

and y do u think a cheap c2q system doesn't give awesome performance???

    Yeah i agree.....
Core 2 Quads are now cheap(Q9550,Q9650) Becuz of Phenom II... U agree or not...?

Im not only talking abt the CPUs...But also the Dragon Platfom..It performs well...
Nehalem Platform not performs for the price... That Triple Channel is a holy Shit... No huge performance gain...Bt a fucking price...

I agree that Intel & AMD both r not perform well in DDR3:yes:
First Intel Mboards are damn slow with DDR3:confused:
And i heard abt AM3 is not perform well in DDR3:oo:

no huge performance gains? Intel Core i7s perform better in encoding videos and stuff like that and they are definetly more faster and better than C2Q or PhenomII  and core i7's performance per watt is incredible
who said that triple channel DDR3 is shit? Haven't you seen some benchies? The memory bandwith is soooo large and better than AMD's Phenom II
    Intel C2Qs don't perform that well with DDDR3 but i7s rock the world with tri-channel DDR3 :P

triple channel DDR3 is good except you have to buy 3 memory chips of same spec.

Ci7 shows Memory Bandwith for some synthetic bechieezzz....
but real world...In gaming i7 get f*cking time to load games...
Ckeck Youtube & see Core i7 EE guyz loading games...poor guyz:lol:

Tri - Channel is a shit in i7...All knows d@

    exactly bro
but when the DDR3 prices go down , it will be very cheap to do tri channel DDR3

    Never... If u using Tri-Channel U cnt use 4GB.... Only 3GB or 6GB:lol:
So 3 GB is not enough for gaming:lol:
    6GB Tri-Channel kit cost $200:lol:

AND IF YOU WANT YOU CAN DO DUAL-CHANNEL DDR3 AS WELL !

Dual Channel config in Tri-Channel Interface...WTF man...
Then why Dual channel use Single 4GB card in Tri channel interface...Its cheaper than Dual channel No...!!!

if you are very budget conscious you can definetly do dual channel DDR3 on a tri channel interface as well , even though it will result in a performance drop

So did AMD chips when they implemented IMC + HTT. People then said AMD's mem performance is awesome. Yeah, in synthetic benches.
I don't understand why people treat same features of different companies differently.

I still believe huge BW is useless (AMD or Intel doesn't matter who it is!!). Core2's mem latency was lower than AMD's for crying out loud! That's on so called "old" FSB. LOL. Still people said it was crap because it is "old technology"!

But did you forget that you only need 3 sticks of RAM to get to 6GB on Intel platform, compared to 4 sticks on the AMD platform? More sticks = higher price + higher power draw.

Can you get 12GB on an AMD platform (cos there aren't 4GB DDR3 sticks afaik)? No! But you can on an Intel platform :D

    LOL. Everything is relative.

I know..!! Synthetics are showing Higher Memory Bandwith in i7...
Bt i hav seen Warhead & Farcry 2 Loading in i7s....
I7 get big time to load games....while Core 2 loads before that too..:baffled: :baffled:

Loading times? I don't think you could relate that to CPU :D

LOL... U knw when Far Cry 2(In full graphics) load to memory...Only get 3GB..
So who wants 6GB or 12GB... And 6GB kit cost $200
Bt u cnt survive with 3GB... 4GB enough bt doesnt fit on Tri-channel (Plz dnt say use Dual on Tri Interface:lol: )
