DSLR mounted on a auto guided EQ3 mount.
you cannot see anything in this image from naked eye (including starts) have to observe it from a telescope to see 7-10 starts in the middle and only long exposure DSLR/CCD astrophotography can reveal the rest of the starts and the red dust and gas clouds of the nebula.
The cluster and nebula lie at a distance of some 5,200 light-years from
