they're different from americans. americans have a habit of interacting with strangers a lot. they like to greet them etc. scandinavians are getting highlighted in 9gag because they are less social than americans when it comes to talking with unknown people.

Nop.But very easy.If you clean the home air vents and told them there was a big fuss and they'll have a breathing issue and ask for 500dollars they would pay in a heart beat.Those things happens frequently.

In Norway it is not common for people to be talking to strangers.
It is not a rude thing to do they are just not used to it.

It is not because Norwegians are rude or ignorant.
There are different reason and one of them is that they respect other peoples privacy and personal space.

It is not a rude thing to do they are just not used to it.

Not in that context i said stupid.They are easy to scam and trap in that sence.Look at sri lankans falling for poitical trap for 70 years.likewise they are weak in those conditions.
