Milk x 1/4 cup ( optional, you can add more water if wanted )
Yoghurt / Instant Yeast x 1tsp ( of yoghurt being used u dont want yeast. It is mainly used for instantly ready to bake dough )
1 Egg ( Also optional and needed only if not using yoghurt )

Cheese ekama 500 ganak

Cheese ekakma yanne nehe, onema nam cheese kottu hadana method ekata base eka hada ganna puluvan.
Milkpowder, or 2/3 tbsp of milk mix with one piece of happycow cheese slice.
I assumed most people have sausages, fish , or any other meat in their house hold. If no, can use a egg on the top with onion, vegetables.
I've made lots of varations including the sweet ones with chocolate base only made with coco powder+milk and banana.
