I read the comments here ... seems like Virtusa is good for experience since its totally a IT related thing and the choice is between MAS and Virtusa...
So if i were u as a starter i would choose virtusa for better experience rather than salary coz experience plays a huge role in IT ... so getting a better experience from a top IT related comapny is a big thing ... after that u can show ur colours and skill and get to another job for better salary and stability ...
