Well actually you cant. The software is locked in an N-Series phone. You will have to take it to a mobile shop and ask them to replace your OS. They will do it for you (At some cost of course). That will surely fix your problem.

of course yes. Your phone is running Symbian OS 8.1a , Series 60 UI. As any OS it has its own weaknesses. So someone can attack such a weakness. So all you gotta do this is have a fresh copy of your OS. Any phone trouble shooter will be able to do this for you.
