Plz help urgent! NFS MW Error

During the races of NFS Most Wanted the game crashes to the desktop. This happens at the same location on the road and no error report occurs.
Here are the details of my computer.

Game Requirements

OS - Windows 2000/XP
RAM - 256MB
Processor Speed - 1.4GHz
Direct X Version - 9.0c
VGA - 32MB Radeon 8500

Details of my computer

OS - Windows XP
RAM - 512MB
Processor Speed - 2.6GHz
Direct X Version - 9.0c
VGA - 128MB Radeon 9200 (Separate)

Can anybody tell me the reason for this error?

there are some fetures in VGA Card

like

*Pixel Shader
*Virtical Shader
*Hardware Texture and Lighting
*Direct X Version
*OPEN GL

most games need Hardware Texture and Lighting

well, I have the same prob though I have Better configuration in my computer (2 GB RAM, 512 MB 7600GS VGA, 2.4 GHz core 2 Processor)
I cannot complete the Carrieer, I think the prob with the Crack ( I tried several ways to fix the Prob) - I have very recently update Direct X, Foreceware and Drivers
So can't help

u have to buy the DVD version bro...that cd version gets that problem

surely...100% CD version never works...in the middle of the first race with razor game crashes & comes to the desktop...

I think some files maybe corrupted because you crash at the same point. Try reinstalling the game.

No machan...it's the CD version...ripped one....I also have it...

& everywhere there is the same cd version...

it never works....career mode cannot be played from the begining

he's the god in game ripping...recently I downloaded vegas 2 ..only 2.2GB ...
nothing's being reduced...game works like a charm...

& also I got Grid...Inferenal..Hulk etc,...

every one of them works
