It may be a hardware problem rather than the software.U shuld check ur iPod under supervision of experienced technician.Otherwise everything will b worst than the current condition of ur iPod.My friend reprogram hiz ipod bt the prob is he hs done it when he ws in Singapore.I donno where to find that kind of technician in SL.Abyway b careful Cz this device is very sensitive......................
