You know, Nero has been giving trouble in Vista; mainly codec issues, not problems with the burning software. So I had to find an alternative. I'm using Ashampoo Burning Studio right now. I got it for free when they had a newyear promotion. I posted it in the forum those days. It's working fine.

I also posted another software - an open source app for burning CD/DVDs. I can't remember the name of it. I'll try to find the thread. It should be in the downloads section. However, I didn't try it. I'm not sure if it is working standalone.
