You can easily go up to 3.33Ghz 266MHz 1066MHz (fsb) with the stock cooler without adding any Volts to the V-core.
Better to go for a Prescott cooler(PentiumD).(assuming u have that thin Cooler)
And Your processor is not a PentiumD.It's coming under Pentium 4.
