In this post I am not trying to kill unborn baby..
I am just trying to help u in unexpected child birth.....
And I am not force to do so.
    Pls dont misunderstand me...

Wcan see there are lot of deaths in sri lanka due to child abortions.
Child abortion is a very risk thing to do. because there is a possibility of fatal bleeding.

There are lot of solutions to prevent unexpected child birth.
    Natural.
    Use a condom.
    Using OCP (muthuri)
But above can use before the intercourse.

    But after the intercourse,
    this is a different story..
There are so many hormonal tablets found in sri lanka...
But non of these give 100% secure..
but they act well in many situations...

    1. Postinor2
this cost Rs. 100 and Widely using in sri lanka...
there are two tabs should take in between 72 hours of time. but for best results should take just after the unprotected intercourse.

    2. Gynacosin.
This is a very good drug but this is not yet registered in sri lanka. but it can be seem in pharmacies.

there are so many safe options I'll post later..

    plss made a reply

Ya Postinor2 is a good tablet.

You have to take the 1st tablet as soon as possible after having sex and the 2nd one 12 hrs after taking the 1st tablet (as I can remember on top of my head...)

well, there are no method which will prevent pregnancy 100%. That's the fact. Tablets might not work, Condoms might get damaged, inserting birth controlling medication into vagina may have serious side effects etc.

So prevention is better than cure as they say!

    Yes machoo...
prostinor2 is a famous one.. the reason behind that is the low cost..
This is the thing man these types of tabs are very cost. But postinor just cost Rs. 100.
    it normaly gives best resaults..
but the second one I told is a very safe one...
but many people dont know about that..
but the selling the gynacosin is a prohibition.
But can bee seen in sri lanka...

The second thing is put a copper intra-uterine device in the vagina..
this is a very safe thing I guess..
many government hospitals provide this service free..

Man damaging condom is a very rare thing...

Yes. IUD is a very common and an effective method.

But as a matter of fact it will not prevent pregnancy 100% either. An Ectopic pregnancy may occur (about 5% chance) if you're so lucky rofl.

Again, after inserting an IUD, the periods are known to be more painful to the women and more heavier. They may feel it uncomfortable in some cases.

Also, I'm not sure whether this method is available in Sri Lanka?

Failure rate of condoms is around 4.6% as I can remember on top of my head...

If some girl watching the above pic , really she will scared..
this is the thing the copper part is not that much big...
IT is not a pain full one either...

U correct man the main side effect is the ectopic pregnancy. this can insert up to 5 days after the unprotected intercourse. The sexual transmission disease should be checked before insertion. the Device should be covered by a antibacterial agent. So no need to worry abt the infections...

    for information
first IUCDs(cupper divices) are available in Sri Lanka in all the government hospitals and MOH clinics!
second they are not painful! you really wouldnt know its there!
last but not least they can be inserted to women who has given birth to at lest one child!!!!!(multiparous) its not for those who havent had child birth(nulliparous)
