OCP blocks ovulation.
thus the lining of the uterus, stays fairly thin and the monthly production of the pain-inducing prostaglandins reduced.
Then the girls feels no menstrual pain. thats how OCP effect the menstural cycle..
Occasionally a combination of the OCP and an anti–prostaglandin is necessary to inducerelief of menstrual pain in severely affected women.
anti–prostaglandin mean use of anti inflamatory agent which block the production of prostaglandins which cause the pain.
So the thing u a talking is correct the OCP use for menstural disturbances.
when there is no mence there is no pain at all..
In this OCP combine wit NSAIDS and give.
The guys has the problem with the drug (OCP) that use menstrual disturbances and it is also caused menstrual irregularities.
That problem is OK guys. Ur clue is ok.
Because there is a theory behined that ...
OCP stops the orvilation by changing the hormonal level. then the hormones could not act in the wall of the Uteres ( not in detail.)
The the birth couldnt happen because the wall of the uteres is not ready for that..
By doign this long term by braking the hormonal system of the body is cause
menstrual cycle irregularities. this happen when the OCP stops. Because the body dependence to OCP.
When using OCP there is no menstrual irregularities. because there is no mense. when it stops the body may couldnt tolerate the hormonal level that given by externaly (by OCP ) so then automatically there may be a menstrual irregularities can happen.

Essure technique- Have you seen it being done in SL?( you may now say its being done in Private sector- but even that Im not sure at all) its only happen in some developed countries! & even there its not popular at all! as its 100% permenent
