printer cartiledge help needed

ane kollane...

i have got HP Deskjet 3920 printer.. i couldn't make printout for 4 three months... so dan printer eke cartiledge (black) eka gal welalu...

I asked to refill it... but the shop owner says no use of refilling.. man tikak refill karala print out ekak aran pennuwa.. wadak na... more dotted areas...

so... he says to buy a new one... it costs more than Rs.2500.. isn't it..

so i went to another shop.. he said that..."meka cup eka galawala ..Hot water ekata daala ganna ona.. heta dennam kiyala" .. i can't stay that much of time...

so.. do you know that method..using hot water... please explain karannako.. or... what is the actual price of HP deskjet 3920 black cartiledge...

If the ink is all dried up then you might have to do something like the second shop owner said, but I have never done it so cant really say if it works or not. But even then, chances of restoring it back to normal are slim. I have tried refilling cartridges before, but they never work like originals. A new cartridge is around 2500.
