Prius Key programming?

Does anyone know of a place that do key programming for Prius?
The previous owner sells me a key that is not working and he tells me to program the key that came with the car.
Unfortunately I didnt check the key when bought. I tried one place He could nt program the key because it is previously programmed to a different car
