me too a local final year medical student ..
as far as i know,,,
doing a foreign medical degree is one of a stupid decision..
there's an exam call ACT16.
passing that s extreme difficult.
usual pass rate is below 6%.

specilly
bangladesh,russian, manipal and china degrees are worse.
u can pay some bucks to the ward registrar and pass..
thats the medicine u get there.

so if u are willing to pay
go for OXFORD,IMPERIAL COLLEGE or atleast RAMACHANDRAN india..
but from the money u pay for that.............
do something better..
be a rocket scientist......

don't enter any local university as none of them are aproved and u will have to go for ACT 16 after all..
and if u don't have an IQ to get at least 3 C passes in AL.don't even think about act 16..simply cant..

and pls note the time duration..
for foreign degree and settle in sri lanka as a doctor.

little less than 6 years from enter to result clear..
act 16 study for another 2 years (2 attempts if u are brilliant)
wait about another one year for until u get internship..
1 year intern period..another 6 months for appoinment in nandikaddal or kattaparichchaan..

so if u are 20 by now..
u'll be a 30 year old doctor in 2021..

if u are happy..
u are welcome malli..

this is the bitter truth
nobody won't believe.....
