hi

i have some files that the filename is green and i cannot open those files or copy or cut or do anything

i need to change them to the normal files (filenames in black) so i can open them

how can i do this

machang i tried this it didnt work coz im not the user who encrypted the file

this is what happened
i got a virus and had to reformat my hard .so i copied the files to another hard and formatted mt hard.
so the user who encrypted these files is formatted.so now with my new user account i cant decrypt those files.

what can i do
