Nope,

When you take an outside bottle to a pub they charge an amount for the bottle.
Say it's MB in Galadhari, they charge 5000 per foreign country bottle.

I am seeking a pub / bar where there is no charge for out side bottles.

you meant to say "Corkage" ???

Well., most of the pubs allow you to do so. Only if they have a "star" attached to them in someway, they would charge you.

But, do google -- > get numbers of pubs ---> call and ask
