Radeon HD 3870 X2 at CES

CALM DOWN DUDE!!! I've got no cooling probs with my MOBO, and this is at the far corner of the MOBO. The angle of the pic looks cables a bit messy... Besides... I had it all sleeved up but had to uncover all them to get a molex out of it..

HSF doesn't blow HOT air to any of the parts because my side cover houses a chimney that direct the HOT air right out of it!! the only thing is as you can see the black color IDE cable blocking apart of the intake fan from the front!

You got any other ideas to position the RAM cooler

Alright lemme get this straight..
The stock HSF blows air ON TO the HS and the air goes out from the HS fins.AND you try to suck them in with a fan with a fanduct 8cm above?
Lately I found out bending the IDE cables are really great rather than rounded cables.So I dont think it'll be a problem.
And yes I have 2 ideas actually placing the cyclo,will need mods which dont count you in.

Besides my proc. is nearer to the back exhaust so some or all of those hot air get sucked out through there also I guess!!

Well in any case I've got no complaints because even @ load my CPU and MB is well below 45!

The IDE cable is the problem! it has to come around the VGA so there's no room for me to play with it!!

How could there be a negative pressure? :S

Shouldn't exhaust Total CFM be greater than intake Total CFM? :S

It will...(if crossfire works properly...as in if the game supports crossfire) but it ain't gonna kick the 9800 GX2 (again if the SLI works)

I meant the 3870 X2 version. X2 runs in Crossfire mode to multiplex the two cores (two cards to be precise)
