Crysis is not a well optimised game...Actually it's optimised for nVIDIA (Except Warhead which perform better than first title with every hardware)

nVIDIA paid $4+ millions to get that optimised for nVIDIA right :)
really? thanks for the info :) (I knew that it was optimised for nvidia but they paid 4 million for that lol  )

yes and the GTX295 looses because it is limited by memory :nerd:
If it had the same amount of memory then the GTx295 would have beat it at that resolution?

I want to ask you a question
Do most gamers play with those settings? 2560x1600 8xAA 16xAF
Most people play with 1920x1200, 1680x1050 and at 1280x720/1280x1024 and at those resoultions, the GTx 295 is the best for them :dull:

    hey hey....!
    wot r u talking....Ah...?
First of all i talk abt memory problem..
i knw when Resolution increase it get a huge memory space, But
i think u saw d@ 295 getting worse when switching AA 4X to 8X in same Resolution....So AA capability is not depend on memory size huh... Its GPU speed:rolleyes:

And dnt u like to play games with full AA in 2560 X 1600 Ah...?:baffled:
Have u played with 8X AA.... Its amazing

And i cnt realize why u r supporting to nVidia...
Still they got huge price tags:no:
But when ATI compete nVidia cuting & cutting their damn prices:rofl:

Dx 10.1 is vey good in AA And AF that is why the HD4x00 series is good at that.
but wait! i love price wars, we will be able to buy excellent VGAs for a lot less!
    AND I DON'T SUPPORT NVIDIA!
Without AMD/ATi we wouldnt be able to buy stuff for cheap from either intel or nvidia :P
and i personally like to see how larrabee would perform!

AMD started its marketing offensive against NVIDIA's new dual-GPU GeForce GTX 295, and single-GPU GeForce GTX 285 accelerators, in an attempt to put the Radeon HD 4800 X2 series accelerators ahead of its competition in terms of performance on a "broad scale", and used the cards' availability in non-reference designs as a USP against NVIDIA's offerings using a uniform company-specified design. All this, in an internal presentation leaked to Donanim Haber. As for those wondering why, ATI and NVIDIA have a history of picking on each others' flagship products by means of such presentations, with which they intend to influence OEMs and channel vendors, though it always happens so, that these presentations reach public domains. Viral marketing or something plausible? Find out for yourself:

AMD people are damn liars :growl:
    Discuss this article here

Its GDDR5 against GDDR3 what did you expect? and The 4850X2 is 2xGPU version where GTX285 is only a single GPU version no point of arguing with 2x the power with only 1x

    Where I'm now
These results are from a very high res that the 2GB GDDR5 of radeon gets the upper hand.We all know that this is some marketing BS from AMD,as we seen in the past by nVIDIA.THese things happen..But we all know by our reviews that GTX 295 is the winner in performance.
