Lot of overseas multinational companies have trainings for this. Each year HR sends you mandatory training (video + 5 question exam) which you need to complete. In SL I only have heard LSEG used to do this. Probably because they are based in UK. Not sure about others though.

I think since some time back outlook had a warning when you use "attached" in the mail body but without an attachment. They ask if you are sure to send the email since it doesn't have an attachment

Yes machan now the feature is available, most of time I have to attach couple of files. Then sometimes, something is missing.

LOL there is some short cut Ctrl+Enter to send emails. Hitapu gaman oka wadilath email gihin tiyenawa. But since I have the delay I am able to save my ass.

I also work for a multinational tech company where we have mandatory training sessions every three months (Related to Company policies most of the time).

I utilize GPT to improve the order and grammar and add any relevant information related to the work only in the email client.

But Grammarly directly reads the keyboard inputs. basically a key logger but in a professional way
