Random ජොබ් කතා - ඊ මේල් ට්‍රික්ස්

අපි ගොඩක් ඊමේල් එක්ක වැඩ කරනවනේ. ඉතින් අපි යවන ඊ මේල් එකක වැරදීම් හරි අඩුපාඩු හරි තියෙන්න චාන්ස් එක වැඩි. මල්ටි ටාස්කින් කරද්දි ඒක තවත් වැඩි. ගොඩක් වෙලාවට වෙන්නේ ඊ මේල් ගියාට පස්සේ තමා වැරදි මීටර් වෙලා පත්තු වෙන්නේ. ඊට පස්සෙ කරන්නේ ඊ මේල් recall කරන එක. ඒක ගොඩක් වෙලාවට අසාර්තකයි. අන්තිමට රෙදිත් ගැලවිලා තමා ඉවර වෙන්නේ.

ඉතින් මම ඕක අඩු කරගන්න යූස් කරන ට්‍රික් එකක් තමයි ඊ මේල් සෙන්ඩ් කරද්දි outgoing ඒවාට අනිවා 1 minute ඩිලේ එකක් ඇඩ් කරන එක. එහෙම කලාම මේල් එක outbox එකේ 1 මිනිට් තිබිලා තමා එලියට යන්නේ. ඉතින් හදිස්සියේ මොනාහරි මතක් වෙලා මාරු කරන්න වෙලා තියෙනවා.

I think since some time back outlook had a warning when you use "attached" in the mail body but without an attachment. They ask if you are sure to send the email since it doesn't have an attachment

Re-write with ChatGPT before sending, It Works well every time

I prefer not to expose my personal/office data to the internet on sites like chat-gpt. The main reason is that they often contain information that isn't supposed to leave our personal or official domains. Companies that are functioning properly will always ban/discourage this sort of things
