Who are properly trained clinical psychologists in Sri Lanka for depression anxiety high stress. I went to a one before he was fake. Who can actually give a solution and treatment without medicine. Heard about chrishara paranawithana and shanez fernando can you give your reviews on them

can also try the mental health clinic at a national hospital
you're gonna need a competent therapist that can actually help you, but the effectiveness of therapy is gonna depend mostly on the quality of the relationship between you and the therapist so it's important you find someone you can sort of get along with, and that's gonna take some experimentation. hopefully you aren't strapped for money

I don't know how those post are there. I posted more than 5 times asking this question but they remove my post in next second. always showing removed by reddit filters I even messaged moderators but no reply I know I can get a better answer from reddit problem is they don't accept
i think your account has to be at least a week old to post there. or maybe you've been banned from the sub, hard to say. anyhow, you may not get more info than what's already there. we in SL know more about psychiatrists and meds than we'll ever know about therapy.
Yes maybe there is an issue in my post. yes I also understood that sri lankans are more aware of psychiatrists and hard to find a properly qualified psychologist here. before I went to someone who called he is a clinical psychologist because I saw some people have recommended him but he was totally fake with fake qualifications and tried to sell a herbal medicine i have never heard that appointment was waste of money and total disappointment btw Thank you for your support
