    No ,so far there has not been a Female Buddha doesn't mean it's impossible.

    as far as I know non of Buddhist scriptures have mentioned such a verse.

    you're wrong . a Bodhisattva needs a linga sampanthi for attain the nirwana. and i heared from someone that lord Buddha was a male in all his bhawa's after the niyatha wiwarana from Lord Dhipankara budhdha

    No it could be happen. what made you think why only males can reach the Buddhahood and why females can't? it doesn't make sense and there is no logic behind that. Buddhism is a logical philosophy not some sorta of a gibberish.
