Reporting Scurvy for Rehabilitation

I just had a look at this recent thread posted by scurvy (Mahesh Walatara), and the self-glorification of his own crimes is appalling.
I don't think this sociopath called scurvy deserves to live in open society. He has to be rehabilitated and reintegrated to society.
This glorification of an assault with intentions to cause grievous bodily harm or murder is an offence under the law.
It also marks his failure to recognize his wrongs during the time served in prison.
I will be sending screenshots and links of his threads and all profile details including nude videos previously posted online in other sites to:
Internet Crime Complaint Center - Sri Lanka Police
Tell the IGP Online complaints - Sri Lanka Police

Copies sent to:
Sri Lanka Police - Panadura
Sri Lanka Police - Wadduwa
Greater Municipal Council - Panadura
Municipal Council - Wadduwa

I urge all responsible people to do the same and complaint. Your sympathy for his mental illness would be worthless if he attacks and/or kills another person again.
If you really have sympathy with him, help to hand him over to the authorities.

pissuda oi? this guy is nothing but a miserable and lonley 'naaki anathaya'.
those violent stories are made up in his mind. this thattaya called 'douglas' is his uncle and he had very dark encounters with the uncle.
