I had the same issue and what I did was applied all the leaves under all categories and taken more leaves as "No Pay".

If your original contract states that you can resign before the three-month notice period after paying back 1, 2, or 3 months of salary, the contract clause is valid as long as you work for that company, unless you have subsequently signed an addendum to your initial employment agreement.

Quote the "terms of resignation" in the service agreement in your resignation letter
