they can get students but not like hw aussi nz canada or uk can get...its i differemt...those countries have specialties...i havnt heard ppl would go there to study...so when u say smthng like that speak with facts...

i didnt tell that SL can get students like uk or canada, but SL can get from other saarc countries at least. facts i almost told you, problem is that u cant understand it. u always say SL cant,

We need private uni's, btw guys gruop of foreign university qualified students planing to go to court to stop funding for free tertiary education due to JVP involvement and non stop protest from tax payers money!!Proud to say I support it too!!

This is not a question about reputation of Srilanka...ok if we think that these people from outside will come and learn with paying the fees...Government get a good money on them..true...but do you know in srilanka we only have 1doctor to 5000 people...
So who's going to fill the Gap??
will these students do???
If it is Y not Srilankan students fills it up..and what the guarantee that they give they'll stay in here and start working???
I'm not considering only medicine...But Other work areas also...
Why don't we have enough Engineers in our country??
Why do not we recriut more for these areas from Srilanka?????

LOL, Sl government wanna give scholarships for some fields only. probably not in Medical faculty and engineering.
SL have enough of engineers, but they dont wanna work in SL, u can find much of SL engineers in gulf and other countries.
Note- one of my friends said me that, SL has computer engineers more than enough ))) even some SL engineers work in other fields for more salary. if SL people wanna work for their country, why da hell they come to gulf for work ?
