OpenAi wrapper web app built with nextjs - I have got most users from about 20 posts I added on reddit and some forums and blogs. Thing is I developed it, hosted it about 1.5yrs ago and thats it. Then I got so busy with my job. Now there are similar, better tools and my client base is declining.
I got around 50 paying users, not all are subscriptions. Users can buy credits and use them. So totally I get around 100-400USD per month. I am planning to sell this on Flippa, but not sure that will work or not since superior competition.

Offline Mobile app which allows users to save some stuff ( I am going to add cloud sync feature and make this subscription based one ) - Currently not generating any money ( has about 10 - 20 active users / Launched recently / targetted a keyword on appstore / No marketing has done to this yet )

Nextjs web app focused for Sri Lankans - still not generating any money

Not Saas but - 1 blog - its going great, I am building up organic traffic to it to get adsense

i think blogging is dead now...i use to have some sites too that got nuked by google...the only site that survived was this particular free tool site that got converted into a Saas...conversion rates are terribly low.
