jokers.. kit users can convert for free... when are u ppl gonna realize that dilog can only send a portion of its profits out of the country. while mobitel ( now also ownby a malysian firm) can send only the same %.. get ur facts straight.. only difference is SLT used to be ari lankan.. now tru they arent controlled but profit share is the same basis.. legally only a 25 to 30% or so amt can be sent out of the country!
