We are pleased to introduce to you, a free eStatement facility which
provides fast and convenient statement delivery via e-mail. This is yet
another step taken by Sampath Bank towards building a greener tomorrow.

Sampath Credit Card eStatement facility provides you the option to download
or save statements thereby relieving you of the issues experienced with
paper statements. For security reasons your credit card number will be
partially masked on the eStatement.

On receipt of your authority, we will discontinue sending your Credit Card
Statement via post.

To avail this service, simply return the completed eStatement application
form

I too received an email saying the same thing but it only says Sampath credit card in the header. I have both savings and a web-card account.
