good question machan.. now I am working as a software engineer(JAVA). but the biggest problem is if I want another job its very hard to find it in JAVA.. but salaries are good.
but In PHP its opposite, you can find many jobs, but salaries are not much good because of the vacancy availability.

My option for you - choose the java or c# for your professional career and use your PHP knowledge to part time work such as freelancing... (this is what I currently do since some months I have a income from part time job more than my salary.)

I suggest you to learn all the major languages otherwise you've no future. (I mean C#, Java there is no big difference and android also based on JAVA).
