Leechers: They Download But they Dont Upload Much..They always Limit the Upload rate (it is caled hit and run) .
They only Upload little..
if 5GB Downloaded They upload about 50mb or 70 mb
Private Torrent Sites have thing called Ratio to Prevent this hit and run!

hit and run means not seeding after u download it,
not limiting the upload speed;
