at this moment i have no degree/ diploma. have an idea to pursue one in psychology
ain't wanna be a medical professional; just interested in research and further studies on human psychological processes
like thinking patterns, emotions, criminal mind, and various mental conditions

im a library geek since like grade 6 and read dozens of psych books
real thing got me here is my own psychology
i love to watch gore, having sleeping problems like insomnia, and random short-term memory losses, post-event depression

Are there any psychological degrees in sri lanka?
i looked over there on UGC handbook and found zero B.A or B.SC. degree on this matter ffs

thanks in advance for any help

open university offers a 4 year bachelor of science degree through the faculty of health sciences. I don't know anything about psychology but the curriculum looks pretty solid.

did a quick google search and turns out university of kelaniya also offers an external degree in psychology. it seems that other universities also offer external diplomas, although most of these programs including the one at kelaniya are offered by their humanities and social sciences faculties.

however completing either an external degree or a program at the open university will probably take a lot of effort and time compared to regular undergraduate degrees.
