He cannot put false news and then keep silent after the news is disproved. He should correct it in his original threads.
Why don't you ask him to use it?

Shells hit hospital in no-fire zone
2. Now we have a strong excuse to continue war
3. United Nations allegations -Security forces shelled a civilian area.
4. Army had used so far heavy guns -combat aircraft that could cause civilian casualties
5. UK to probe crimes against civilians in Sri Lanka
6. Lanka govt 'more at fault' than LTTE
In all these threads, the headings are very provocative. In some so is the text. When you search a clause in Google, what appears is these headings, not the text.

There is a bigger rule that over-rule every rule and regulation in EK. That is SL constitution. Since EKs admins are Lankans who are living in SL, they are bound by the constitution not to promote or allow any thing that harms the sovereignty of the country. If some one is really interested, they can pull up GTRZ or Lich to the courts on this and close down EK by a magistrate order. (And mind you, politicians are that stupid to do a thing like that). No one of us wants that to happen. Nip it at the bud before it becomes a problem.rustyc said:well machan u got some kinda point

Actually, this is wrong. Since the Site is hosted in USA, it has to obey US law. Not SL law. The only thing SL can do is ban access to the site like they do to tamilnet.Wal Bada said:There is a bigger rule that over-rule every rule and regulation in EK. That is SL constitution. Blasphemy, by definition is 2 sided. Think about that as well. As for fith in public, the replies the others have posted are really far more filthy.Wal Bada said:Are you allowed to use blasphemous and filth in public? should be yes according to your argument.

I don't know where GTRZ lives. If he lives in SL, he'll held responsible. Even your best case scenario is scary. 75% of members of EK are in SL. I can't even think of somebody blocking EK!!:kosandpol said:Actually, this is wrong. Since the Site is hosted in USA, it has to obey US law. Not SL law. Don't complicate the things. If you shout in filth you are bound to be answered in filth. But what you do is pull up the guys who answered in filth without pulling up the one who used it first hand. There's only one possible way, you can't use filth although you have freedom of expression. You can have your political agenda, but, you can't cross the boundaries defined by the constitution of SLBlasphemy, by definition is 2 sided. Think about that as well.
